The Spark Behind Sizzle & Spark
As a Certified Sex Therapist, I've spent years having conversations about sex, relationships, intimacy, and wellness. What fascinated me most wasn't the topic itself—it was people's reactions to it. Some people engaged openly and comfortably, while others became hesitant, avoided the conversation, or treated sexuality as something that shouldn't be discussed at all.
That contrast made me curious. Why do conversations about sexuality feel so different from conversations about other aspects of health and wellness? The more I reflected on that question, the more I realized how deeply our comfort with sexuality is shaped by the messages we receive from family, culture, education, faith, media, and society.
Sizzle & Spark was created from a simple belief: sexuality is not separate from
wellness—it is part of wellness. My goal is to help make conversations about
sexuality feel more approachable, informative, and empowering so that more
people can engage with curiosity, confidence, and openness rather than discomfort
or avoidance.

We provide education and experiences that are grounded in sex science, relationship psychology, emotional wellness, and real-life conversation.
Our purpose is to help people feel more informed, more confident, more connected, and more empowered in how they understand themselves, their bodies, their relationships, and their desires.
